Walt Disney (born December 5, 1901, died December 15, 1966; age 65, age today 122) was a famous animator, cartoonist, and entertainer who founded The Walt Disney Company and Walt Disney Pictures. He was also known for creating the iconic cartoon characters Mickey Mouse and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit from Walt Disney Animation Studios. He also created the famous theme parks Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida in a garage. Walt Disney was also famous for his many movies created by his company and also the many classic movies created from Walt Disney Pictures. As of 2024, Walt Disney is now one of the most popular and richest entertainers in the world. Walt Disney is also famous for his popular TV channels such as Disney Channel, Disney Junior, and Disney XD. Disney also owns his other affiliated companies including Buena Vista, Pixar, Disneynature, Touchstone Pictures, Miramax, and ABC. Disney also has other programs and movies including Disney+, Marvel Studios, Star Wars, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Fox, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight Pictures, and more. Disney also has other proposed channels including Teen Disney, Pixar Channel, and Pixar Pictures.
